Meta Ships Llama 4 Scout and Maverick as Open Source

Meta released two Llama 4 models: Scout (17B active parameters, 109B total) and Maverick (17B active, 400B total). Both use a mixture-of-experts architecture and are released under the Llama Community License, which permits commercial use.
